4. School-only visibility

Listings and certain profile information are only visible to verified users at your institution. This school-scoped visibility is a core design principle of Campus Market. However, information you share in public-facing areas (such as reviews) may be visible to all platform users.

5. Payment processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Campus Market does not store full credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment credentials on its servers. Payment providers operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We receive only limited transaction data (such as the last four digits of a card and transaction status) necessary to display order history and resolve disputes.

6. Information sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — trusted third parties that help us operate the platform, including hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics services, under strict data protection agreements.
• Other users — limited profile and listing information is shared with other users within your school as part of normal marketplace functionality.
