Reporting & Escalation

Reporting helps keep your campus marketplace safe. We review reports and take action based on available evidence, severity, and platform policies.

What you can report

  • Prohibited items or suspicious listings
  • Harassment, threats, or unsafe behavior
  • Scams, fraud attempts, or impersonation
  • Off-platform payment pressure or coercion
  • Spam or abuse

How reports are handled

Reports are reviewed and may be prioritized based on severity and potential risk. We may take action with or without prior notice. In some cases, we may not be able to share the outcome of an investigation. Providing clear details and evidence helps us evaluate reports more effectively.

What we may do

  • Remove listings
  • Issue warnings or strikes
  • Restrict messaging or selling
  • Suspend accounts
  • Escalate severe issues for urgent handling

Urgent situations

If there is an immediate safety risk, contact campus security or local emergency services first. Then submit a report in the app with any relevant details.

Abuse of reporting

False, misleading, or abusive reports may lead to enforcement actions on the reporting account.
